Rates are for base occupancy. Please add $10 per person per night up to maximum occupancy.
Two night minimum stay required. Rates subject to a retail fee of 1.5% plus 12.05% sales tax.

RESERVATION POLICIES
Credit Card required to confirm reservations. Cancellation notice required 14 days prior to arrival. 50 % of total for reservation will be charged when reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. A $50 handling fee will be charged to all cancellations. Management reserves the right to bill credit card for early checkout, damage to unit or items missing from unit.

HOUSEKEEPING
Linens and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. Brianhead is a water sensitive area, please help us conserve. Daily maid service provided at additional cost.
